Sir I am using reliance post paid connection for 2 years but now I want to port out my no. And jio has cancelled my request and jio executive is saying reliance has denied my request for port out due to unknown reason but when I called to reliance they are saying they didn't receive any request from jio reliance and jio companies are not responding on my request please help me .
