Reliance Jio Infocomm — prepaid amount paid by me ofrs 153 but no recharge was happened

I have taken prepaid jio 4 g prepaid card, initially i have paid rs
500/- to vender for my no [protected],
After first 3 months i have recharge online for rs 153 /- for one month on 29 oct 2017, unfortunately it was never recd the message for rechage as well not recd talktime. Pl. Look into the matter and resolve my complaint
