Dear jio, My mobile number: -[protected] Date of incident:- 18-may-2017. Customer care answer - they able to track the transaction on mention time and recharge fail and they said money can't be return. Recharge amount : 309/- Please rectify the issue and please explain what is going to happen what my money if recharge is not happening.
