Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge allowed for expired sim (rs 399) | |
Hi team, I have taken [protected] jio number to use it in jiofi device last year and used for 1 month and not used it for few months. Again i recharged with rs.399 plan to the same number [protected] on jan 27th 2018 but could not access net from the jiofi device. I went to reliance store to find out the problem and learnt that sim is expired and it will not work. I called jio customer care many times to cancel the recharge and revert my money but there was no use. Request to help on this and revert my money to my account as it was done through net banking. Jio team should not allow recharge for the expired sim which is wrong and cheating the customer. Thanks, Jio customer Was this information helpful? | |
