Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge amount deducted but recharge has not been done

I have recharged my jio number [protected] with 399rs ( 399rs recharge amount - 50rs voucher) scheme thought the myjio app and UPI id of phonepe on 7th June after the completion of my plan but the recharge has not been done so please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
The amount has been deducted from my bank and recharge is not done
