Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge done through net banking but my mobile is charged

Today morning i have done recharge my mobile by net banking by my samsung mobile. I have done it properly. I have put my jio number [protected]. I have done it of rs 499. I got the massage from the bank that your recharge is successfully done. And the amount rs 499 is deducted from my account. But till now my phone is not recharged. What happened to it. Where my money has gone. I request you to find out the problem and do further needful action accordingly. Thank you.

I have done recharge my mobile by net banking of rs 499 today morning but till now it is not charged. Balance is zero.where my money has gone.please help me to recover and recharge my phone.
