Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge failed but amount debited

I recharged my jio number ([protected]) on my jio app on 5th December 2019 at 1.42pm of rs 444.
I applied 50 rs discount voucher and therefore the total amount of rs 394 was deducted from my bank account through Phonepe UPI ID. In Phonepe it's showing as successful transaction but the recharged has not been done neither the amount was refunded till now.
I have frequently contacted with Jio customer service but they didn't responded.

Kindly return the amount asap.
