[Resolved]  Reliance Jio Infocomm — Recharge failed but money deducted

I recharged my jio number on 13 march 201 8. Although the amount of rs 399 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharged has not been done neither the amount was refunded.

Kindly return the amount asap.

I done Recharge through RECHARGE CUBE my amount debited (299) from my account but my recharge was not done! I reached jio customer care they asking me to contact My bank! Kindly help me!

I recharge 555Rs plan on the date 12september 20. But recharge is unsuccessful.
Transaction ID is BR00056MVIW2.No money is refunded till after 10 days.

During a Jio recharge of ₹249 on 7/02/2021 on my Jio number through Jio money app the recharge fails but the respective amount has been deducted from my account balance immediately after the process and an error message showing the recharge failure displays on Jio money app.the Jio app shows that you do not have a active plan but I did recharge it along with that it is neither showing any past details of any other recharge of plans.Please return my money as soon as possible, its humbly requested to take action on the above mentioned content immediately.We believe you will take the appropriate action as soon as possible.Please do it fast I have online University exams on a day after.please and I only get Jio network in our area.please.
