Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge not confirmed | |||
I had recharged 2gb per day pack of rs 498 and i got confirmation too. But my recharge hasn't been activated. Money has been deducted from my debit card. I don't even see the upcoming plan option in my jio account. I called the customer care but didn't they said that they didn't get any confirmation. This happened on 5th march, 2019.
