Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge plan non activation | |||
Dear sir On my jio prime number [protected] i got a sms stating my plan is expiring on 16th nov. I recharged my plan on 15th with 149/-, but still my jio prime balance shows 0 and i am getting message that my plan will expire today, 16th nov. The bank transaction id is net txn: billdesk jybk[protected] reliancejio on 15/11/2017 at 22:03:54 pm. How is it that after recharging, jio is still sending me messages to recharge and my jio account is also showing 0. What kind of harassment is this? Was this information helpful? | |||
