Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge successful but not showing in recharge history | |||
I recharged for rs 444 plan on jio app but today it is showing u have no plans I recharged on 6th december 2019 I recharged it through phonepe app and it clearly shows on the app that the transaction has been successfully completed. The money rs 394 (Rs 50 voucher) is deducted but the myjio app doesn't show any traces of it and it is very difficult to reach jio care Was this information helpful? | |||

I recharged 149 rs internet pack for jio 4g . Recharge was successful but not activated from 2 days. Money is deducted. Nobody responds in live chat in jio app
