Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge successful but not showing reflecting in the account

Hello,
I just have recharged my number [protected] with amount 444 with a data voucher of 50rs on 5th dec, 9:00 pm. The amount was deducted from the bank and then a message appeared in jio app that the transaction is successful even though it's not showing in recharge history or in my plans.
The transaction was done through google pay
