[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge successful shown, amount deducted but didn't get plan benefits | |||||
I recharged my jio number through my jio app on 5th december 2019 at 11.30pm of rs. 399. I applied Rs. 50 discount voucher and therefore the total amount of Rs. 349 was deducted from my bank account through paytm upi id. In paytm payments bank it's showing as successful transaction. In my jio app, the recharge is shown as successful. But the plan benifits has not been reflected in my plans. I contacted jio customer care and they are denying that the recharge is successful (even though my jio app has shown that the recharge is successful and gave the transaction ID) and are telling that the bank will return the money as the transaction has failed. I contacted paytm customer care and they are telling that the transaction is successful and jio has already received the money. Kindly return the amount asap. I just want my money back..
