Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge successfully completed but plan not activated on my number | |||
I recharged my jio sim with 444 plan 84 days validity with a rs.50 discount coupon applied and paid rs.394 on 1st nov 2019. The money was deducted from my bank account and i paid it via bhim app and i contacted bhim customer service and they confirmed to me that money was credited to intended beneficiary. The jio app with which i made the recharge is not showing the history of my recharge i had done on 1st nov 2019. The transaction id of the banking transaction is[protected]. I have contacted jio customer service and exchanged mails but they insist that they have not received the amount debited from my account which is not true. Was this information helpful? | |||
