[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Refund my money with transaction ID [protected] of Jio number [protected] | |||
I have recharged Jio number [protected] with 402 rs but this number is already active with prime offer so my recharge was declined by Jio and got recharge failed message from Jio then I have called in customer care and talked with customer executive of Jio .He told me your money will be refunded and you can recharge with 303 because you are already prime member so you can not recharge with 402 then I have done another recharge with 303. Now I have need of refund money of my unsuccesfull recharge. I have recharged using JIO money account. My transaction ID [protected] Here I paste message which I got from Jio Dear Customer, Your recharge attempt with transaction ID [protected] for Jio Number [protected] was unsuccessful on[protected]T19:35:53 . Apr 18, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I got call from Jio number +9118608933333 and told your money will be refunded within 7 working days. Today I got my money refund.

I had done jio recharge of ₹309 then the message came into my inbox with recharge success but the internet is totally not working. It is showing no balance. My transaction ID is [protected] and my mobile no is [protected]. Please look into my matter. Thanks.
