[Resolved]  Reliance Jio Infocomm — Refund not received from Jio

Dear mam/sir,

I had recharged one jio number on 14-SEPTEMBER-2021 of RS1299 from MYJIO APP through recharge a friend. During first transaction it is unsuccessful then after 2 minutes i tried again then it shows again unsuccessful but the amount was deducted and they credit back my amount in my bank. After half an hour i recharged again from MY JIO app through PAYTM UPI then amount was deducted from my account again but again recharge not successful even this is time they don't refund my amount. From Jio, i received a message for unsuccessful transaction and on paytm they show pending my recharge. Due to emergency next day, i recharged again of RS 399 and it show successful. On 16 September, Paytm shows success message of my recharge of Rs 1299. But on My Jio App they don't reflect any other recharge. they reflect only RS 399 recharge, then i contacted to JIO Customer care and they said the transaction is already unsuccessful so they can't help me. But i received a message from PAYTM they credit RS 1299 amount on JIO MOBILITY ACCOUNT. But when i contacted to jio care they said they have no information about this. From last 10 days, i contact so many times to JIO Customer care, Paytm Customer care and my INDUSIND bank customer care. They blame each other but no one solve my query. So at last i am here. I request you Plaese solve my query and refund my amount as soon as possible. i am mentioning here all transaction id with images:
