Reliance Jio Infocomm — refund not received on wrong recharge for jio number

Dear sir/madam,

This is with regards to wrong recharge done on 29th july 2017 by mobi kwik application.

My jio prepaid number is [protected].

But by mistake i have recharge on wrong number [protected].

I had made complaint to mobi kwik also in this matter but they told that recharge was successful on wrong number [protected] and suggested me to contact you.

Kindly rectify at the earliest and acknowledge the same.
