Dear team,

Hope you are doing good. This is regarding refund of my jio security deposit which i paid at the time of taking my jio fiber connection.

Jio fiber service id[protected] linked to registered mobile number +[protected].
I have cancelled my connection on the month of september 2019 and i returned the device in very good working condition on 18-september-2019. Jio promised me i will get the refund money in 30 days time from 18-september-2019. You can find the details in below trail emails.

But today when i asked for update as i have not received the refund yet to my bank account they gave me a shocking reply saying i have not paid any deposit. This is really unfair and unethical to cheat a genuine customer like me. I have paid 4500 inr via paytm and i have proof for the same (Attached the bill copy), then how can they say i have not paid any deposit. Could you please help me to get my hard earned money back from jio. Thanks, prakash

Updated by prakash karath I have relocated and that is the reason i cancelled this connection . I have provided my current working mobile number but the registered mobile number with JIO is already mentioned in the complaint/ Thanks

I had asked the hio team to take my device 100 times but they didn’t come to pick it up and they cam after 60 days and gave 500₹ . Said 1000₹ is deducted because device is returned after 60 days . What nonsense is this . This are gooling us
