Reliance Jio Infocomm — Regarding problem in apple iPhone offer | |||
Till now my apple iphone offer was running on my jio sim card. But from 3 days apple iphone offer has been stopped and converted to grace plan. I had also talk to customer care number, in which i had talk to monica ma'am and her higher authority mr. Sagar. They had not provided me any help and ask me to contact to [protected]@jio.com But when i send mail the mail is not dilivered My model is iphone 7plus. Same thing happens with my send mail on [protected]@jio.com they are replying but saying you even don't have this apple offer.
