Reliance Jio Infocomm — regarding wrong recharge on my jio [protected] number | |||
As per above quoted subject, i have done recharge of 347/- on [protected] on 25/10/19.. After recharge on my prepaid number still internet service not working. Today evening i called with your customers care services as response received you have wrongly recharged on jio phone recharge instead of smart phone recharge.. After 30 mins discussed with care team but didn't help & not understand & meaningless.. I'm not understand what is jio phone recharge or smart phone recharge.. I'm using smart phone user since last 2 years so why recharge not applicable on my samsung smartphone I never used to jio phone so there is no meaning for this recharge.. And why recharge automatically cancelled.. So humble request you to refund my amount for this recharge else activate my internet service... If i have paid 347 recharge amount it should my internet service working if i'm using any phone... Was this information helpful? | |||
