I have applied for a free sim from your agent m. No.[protected] on sinhgad road, pune& he has taken all my details regarding aadhar card, phone contacts. The sim could not be registered due to the server failure from 12.00p. M to 4.30p. M on 10.01.17. I will not be responsible for any mishaps arising due to the misconduct & will hold responsible to your jio organisation if any problem will persists in future w. R. T. My given details. Kindly cancel my registration if registered. We suggest to avoid such miscrepancies which unnecessarily creates confusions & spoils your reputation. Thx.
