Reliance Jio Infocomm — Requests closed repeatedly with no action | |
It is with pain i am raising this complaint to consumer forum that support from JIO is below par and it is just eye wash in public. I had raised repeated requests for ONT/router shift from one location to another in the same house for better bandwidth. On both the occassions the reliance support team had closed the requests updating that the requests had been addressed and resolved. It is all false information to satisfy their internal SLA and to the outside world. It is now now but it had been a a trend for JIO. The JIO number is[protected] The requests raised are SR 000012YORZ which has been opened as new The older requests closed are SR000012TXHI, SR000011A12L.
