Reliance Jio Infocomm — rs 500/- deducted from my bank account but I got on screen 'your transaction failed | |||||
On 24th august 2017 i attempted for jio phone booking, after so many attempts i was taken to booking site and then my sbi bank account site for payment, then money amounting to rs 500/- deducted from my bank account but i got on screen 'your transaction failed i had complaint to bank but Bank is saying that they had done payment and same is confirm by the merchant (Reliance Jio infocomm) to bank. pic of transation and msg of sbi both screeshot is attached Was this information helpful? | |||||
