Reliance Jio Infocomm — rs 500/- deducted from my bank account but I got on screen 'your transaction failed

On 24th august 2017 i attempted for jio phone booking, after so many attempts i was taken to booking site and then my sbi bank account site for payment, then money amounting to rs 500/- deducted from my bank account but i got on screen 'your transaction failed

i had complaint to bank but Bank is saying that they had done payment and same is confirm by the merchant (Reliance Jio infocomm) to bank.
