[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — security deposit refund not provided | |
I was using jio postpaid number ([protected]), for that i had paid security deposit amount initially. In august month, i have ported out to other network operator but i did not get my security deposit amount refund back. Inspite of taking multiple followups and escalations in reliance jio, i am not getting my amount rs. 688.15 back. I have also dropped an email to appellate authority but not getting any help from their side as well. A service request has already been logged with jio having number sr00000sn0lf.in this service request my complete bank account details are also mentioned along with the amount (Rs. 688.15). From the last 4 months, my amount of rs. 688.15 has been stuck at jio side. Within 3-4 days, i am following again and again by dropping en email to: [protected]@jio.com Grievance. [protected]@jio.com Appellate. [protected]@jio.com Neither i am getting any meaningful response from jio nor my security deposit amount back. My details are: Ported out jio number: [protected] Email id: [protected]@gmail.com Alternate number: [protected] Every time, when i call customer care, they just tell to wait for some more days again and again and just doing time pass without any resolution.
