Today, i went jio store located at uttam nagar in order to port my vodafone number into jio. There were mr. Ram and few executives, when they listened about porting and adhhar not belongs to delhi, they replied that we don't have bar code. We cannot process the same. I told him that i won't be in delhi tomorrow neverthless asked me to come tomorrow.in front of me they have given two new sim to customers, you can duly verify with cctv. I don't know what is the bar code, i was carryingg my documents with upc. Mr. Ram will be answerable for not taking my request. Same incident happend a month ago when i went the same store to get new sim, that time they told that we cannot give u a new sim because "you don't have local aadhar card". I will raise it in consumer help line that you people are ignoring customer's requedst or, trying to work in your own way. Even they don't have behavioral skills how to communicate with customers.
