Reliance Jio Infocomm — Service not activated despite payment | |||
I bought Reliance JioFi device from a jio retailer in my area, Panki 208020 on 28th, March. At that time recharges of Rs. 99 and Rs. 303 were done on the device. JioFi Device Number: [protected] Rs. 99 recharge was successful but services for Rs. 303 was not received. The shop owner convinced me that the recharge was successful and they had this id which I am attaching in the mail which they said is only generated after a successful transaction. I called customer care so many times but nothing helped. It has been more than a month now. Now, I'm really frustrated with the company's attitude towards this problem. If this problem is not resolved asap, I'll move this case to the Consumer Forum tomorrow. No more waiting from my end. I'll also contact high authorities of Jio Infocomm.
