Reliance Jio Infocomm — Sim deactivated without provide new barcode | |||||
Hi I have port my idea sim in jio through digital xpress mini store in delhi by ekyc. My address proof is for ghaziabad, uttarpradesh. My sim is successfully port and i used it for 2 month. Suddenly i got a mail that your sim is deactivated and there is no other information in mail. When i visit store they told me that now we can't able to provide same no. To you. They are asking for barcode sent by jio to reactivate the old no. But i can't receive any barcode. Now what i have to do.. Please any one help me. I really need your help. The number is very important for me. Its is linked with all me account and other details. I request you all.. Please anyone help me...
