Reliance Jio Infocomm — Sim not active

I have booked a jio sim and my store vendor submitted my documents to jio office on 23th may 2017. But i have not get any call confirm from jio office for approval and any verification call yet. I have contacted jio customer service care also not get any resolution. I am not expecting from jio company like reliance. This is disgusting, no value for customer. I think jio should learn from other telecom service provider. Each and every time when i called jio customer care office they are saying that they register my complain, but not provide me any complain no, last time i get, but she told me it will take more 2 days to solved my issue.
