Reliance Jio Infocomm — speed issue after complaint | |||
I am a regular user of jio. Last few month, in night time the jio have very low internet speed. I cant even take web pages but i satisfied with day time speed. I complaint to the jio customer service. But they said that users is much larger than affordable, in that particular area so they need to install new tower, but the construction of the tower was almost suspended. But in earlier, that is before recharge, i got enough speed in day time but now i didn't get enough speed in day time also. I repeatedly contacted the jio customer care about that, they said "you need to call before recharge for speed information" and they confirmed that, no speed increment is possible for several months. So, i need to refund my recharge amount or proper resolution for this speed issue. I don't like to continue with jio service. Was this information helpful? | |||
