Reliance Jio Infocomm — Successful recharge but plan not activated

I had done the recharge for rs 599 on 4th October 2021 for the jio number [protected] through phonepe for which transaction was successful transactionid:NX21100423512503252390621. I did not receive any message regarding the activation of the plan and the present status is inactive. I want this issue to be solved immediately
