Reliance Jio Infocomm — tariff | |||
As per new plans of company they are providing 1000 minutes talktime to jio to other mobile companies But when i am talking to other company mobile numbers for 5 seconds and company deducted 1 minute from balance! I have talked to customer care and they have replied that this is as per guideline of telecom regulatory authority of india! Is this true?? I did my Reliance Jio Recharge of Rs 555/-, the amount got debited from my bank but there was no confirmation about recharge or the recharge itself.Please look into it...
