I recharged my jio sim on oct 7 2020 via paytm on jio retail. But neither i'm able to msg or call. But my balance has been cut of rs 149 Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 07, 2020 Updated by porcupine26 i am not able to make calls or message from jio even after recharging. i recharged it from jio retail via paytm but paytm is showing successful transaction but jio hasn't recognized recharge.
