Reliance Jio Infocomm — Two times rs 303 plan transactions failed,i want my money back

Sir i tried to recharge through jio money but two times transactions failed.rs 609 has been deducted and last time i tried thorugh paytm so it is successful.
Now i want my 609 back in my bank account.
No customer helpline is working, neither mail assistance is there
Please help me in this situation.
