I was unable to replace my jio SIM card due to date of birth mismatch. I didn't updated my date of birth in aadhar, since it's issue. I don't know how the details(DOB) incorrectly stored in your database. No matter how many times I tried for replacement. It is getting rejected. What are the steps do I need to follow for successful replacement if there is any other way?
