Sir,

When I tried to recharge my Jio number [protected] on 09.04.2020 via authorized website of the Jio compay (https://www.jio.com/selfcare/recharge/mobility/) online for the package of Rs.199/- at that movement I received a unsuccessful recharge message which clearly shows that recharge has not been made on the above said amount. If I had typed a wrong mobile number I could not have been received the message from the jio concerned. Later, I got a message of the above said amount was debited from my savings bank account maintained in K.Pudur, Madurai -7 branch. Suddenly, I contacted the bank toll free number of customer service. There's no response. At the time of recharging

I got a following message at the first instance of recharge attempt:-

"Your last payment attempt of Rs. 199.00 on Apr 09, 2020 01:01:54 PM
for Jio number [protected] was unsuccessful. Please try again.

Transaction ID : BR0004GJO9BX.

In case any amount has been deducted from your account, then it will be automatically refunded by your bank/card/wallet within 10 days."

Later, I made a complaint to my banker K.Pudur, Madurai -7 branch on 07.05.2020 for which my banker gave a successful transaction done letter to me on 09.06.2020 and the same has been enclosed herewith. Thereafter, I contacted the Jio care centre, they are the service provider of my mobile number for which they replied that they did not received any amount from my account and their replies are as follows:

"Dear Mr. Kadhar,

Thank you for writing to us. We at Jio hope you are doing well amidst these challenging times. I certainly understand your concern with regard to the recharge done on your Jio number. I fully appreciate the inconvenience this has caused you. Basis the update received for the service request SR000011F2DO, the amount is not received by Jio. Hence, the recharge benefit is not credited to your account. I would request you to get in touch with the payment source from where the money is deducted. If refund has not been received, ask customer to share bank statement from date of transaction till date. If you need further help, please write to us or call us by dialing 199 from your Jio number or[protected] from any other number.

Stay safe, Stay healthy. With love and care from Jio."

Thereafter, I took the issue to the regional office of my banker. They again confirmed the successful transaction done to the jio for which they issued a acknowledgement which is enclosed herewith. Again, I approached the Jio customer service mail. They again replied that amount has not been received by them by their mail dated 20.07.2020.

So far, I have not received any money from Jio to my account. I have been suffered much by the act of the service provider and put to grave hardship and loss of money and time also. I made a appeal to the appellate authority of the jio service provider on[protected] in this regard through mail, so far no reply has been given to me.

Hence, I request you to kindly consider the above said issue and redress my grievance as soon as possible by refunding my money a sum of Rs.199/- and find where the actual error occurred. Herewith I enclosed the supporting documents for your perusal.

I have some pdf file to upload which is obtained from my Banker regarding the above said issue and the same cannot be uploaded in this page because such pdf format is not acceptable in this portal.

During the lockdown I could not take action further in the above said issue and I am not or rejected to use the jio service numbers which I have and subsequently, I never recommend the any jio services to my associates also by saying my inconvenience caused to me.

          There is network problem in my village. We are unable to work due to network issue. Due to this COVID-19 situation maximum IT professionals working from their home and due to jio network issue it is difficult for us work inside our house.             Jio fiber company is scam company . First they beg you to get the jio fiber connection saying that jio fiber connection is budget friendly they give you one month free connection and after that rs 399+gst will be charged and you will get unlimited internet and tv at same time and one free month is used and person recharges the plan they just get internet no tv you cant see your favourite channels and serial just keep browsing internet and see youtube...they just scam you of your money and dont cancel your connection because they have to refund all amount taken at the time of installation worset is jio...just scammers

                I have seen everyday my data is exhaustedwhen i touch 1.5 gb wheras my dayily data pack limit is 2 gb

                  I have a subscription (Ac No[protected] of Jio Fiber through which free Voice Connection is provided.

                  I'm not able to make any outgoing or incoming calls through this service.

                  When ever i call the customer care, they say there is a technical problem.

                  This is not working since last 8 months and no response on fixing this.

                  There are other 15 connections in my apartment and everyone...

                  I am getting spam call at my JIO number continuously from last 4 months despite of complaint several times at your customer service.

                  But, I have not got any proper service by your customer care from the very beginning regarding this matter.So that I am facing immense problem for this purpose for a prolonged period of time.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    This is to bring into your notice that JIO has been fraudulently looting its customers by using unethical ways. We have been using JIO postpaid mobile no:[protected] for more than a year now.
                    Since, the time we ported into JIO our last payment due date was always on 23rd of every month. But since our last billing cycle it has been automatically changed to 20th of every month, without any prior information from their end.

                    As a result of which late payment charge of Rs.100 have been levied on us.After contacting Jio customer care they arrogantly told us that though the date was changed without any intimation, but still they won't be waiving off late payment charges and told me to write a mail to the customer care in order to get a resolution.

                    Even after writing several mails, the customer care representatives blatantly refused to waive off the charges, though they accepted the fact that it was mistake on their own part.

                    This is not the type of customer service on expects from one of the India's largest conglomerate. We really disappointed by the fact that even though there was no fault on our part, but still we are being forced to pay extra charges.

                    Its not a customer service, it's a GUNDA-RAJ.

                    Kindly, take action against such fraudulent activities done by Reliance Jio in order to loot its customer.

                    I called up the customer care no.198 in order to lodge a complaint and get a formal complaint no. But the representatives blatantly refused to register the complaint and when i requested him to transfer call to senior executive then also they clearly denied to do so.
                    Representative named Mritul and Rushali clearly misbehaved and argued unnecessarily, even for completing a simple task.et
                    It's really a pain staiking process to get a complaint registered in Jio.
                    Even after several follow ups nobody is ready to listen to the customer and lodge a complaint.

                    They should just shut down their customer care centre if they can't listen to what customer is saying.

                      I had applied for a new Jio Fiber connection for my house. Payment of Rs 1500 was done online.
                      After successful payment, the jio fiber technician had come for installation. The technician who was sent was a novice and it was his first service he was attending (Got to know later on from other technician colleagues of his). Post-installation of the device the internet service did not come up. However, he said that the issue is from the backend and the internet service will be activated from the backend in 4-5 hours as he has informed in the office. He somehow took the service completion OTP from me assuring that the work has been done and the internet will be active by the evening.
                      Later after that day raised multiple complaints and followup where I got to know that the issue cannot be resolved and had to raise a disconnection request assuring full amount of Rs 1500 will be refunded to the bank account. The technician had mapped the device id wrongly which cannot be rectified.
                      Disappointed with no resolution provided, had to raise a disconnection request after 5 days from the date of installation and I was notified that the technician will reach out for the device pickup. However, the appointment got multiple appointments rescheduled messages on my mobile and the device was picked up after a month or so.
                      There have been multiple calls to the support asking for the status but the supports were useless and had no info.
                      After a month or so the device got picked up and only Rs 500 was refunded. The rest of Rs 1000 was absorbed by Jio stating that the 30-60 days return policy is not fulfilled. How can they charge a single penny for the service that they were unable to provide?
                      Also, I feel, The Jio office located here has intentionally not sent their people for device pick within 60 days so that they can loot the consumer. The internet service was not even active from day1. Still, they have looted Rs1000.

                      PS: I have a few responses/complaints captured in my email communication with the JIO fiber support team. If needed, I can provide validations for the above statements.

                            With due respect, I, VAISAK K G, residing permanently in Kerala, like to portray the above mentioned scenario.
                            I want to register a complaint against newly coming mobile tower installation near my home, only 80 meter distance without the prior notice of the society, and no approval was taken from the neighbourhood.
                            The mobile tower plot is situated at residential area and as per supreme court ruling, such towers are illegal and should be removed.

                            we know that, a large power generator is with the tower to supply un-interupted power in case of electricty failure. This generator produces enormous sound which becomes unbearable especially at night time when everybody is studying.

                            As this tower pose major healt risk to children and old people continously exposed to the harmful radiations being emitted from the tower and noise pollution it spreads day and night, | am raising my voice through you to help us maintaining the healthy environment around us by removing this tower from the residential area.

                            Having mobile towers can also pose health problems like severe headache, sleep disturbance, constant body pain, memory problems, joint pains etc. The more severe health effects noted include infertility, miscarriage, neurodegenerative disorders (Alzheimer’s, Parkinson's, etc.), heart problems and cancer.

                            Children are more vulnerable due to a developing immune system and thinner skulls which allows radiation to penetrate deeper. Women run the risk of health problems like hormonal imbalances, miscarriages, breast
                            and ovarian cancer as they tend to spend more time at home and are exposed continuously.

                            There are several national and international studies where scientists have found a strong correlation between health problems and exposure to microwaves from mobile phones and mobile towers.

                            Please could you look at this complaint and escalate it to the right channel for proper action.

                            We are suffering ADVERSLY. Kindly help me with the regulations for installing the tower and what should be done to make sure that the tower will be remove.

                            So please help us to come out from this Complex Situation. And my dreams come true if you please accord me the assistance. Please consider the matter seriously.

                                My issue hasn't been resolved and I have been mentally harassed by the misconduct of the ENTIRE JioFiber team involved in the setting up of the connection.
                                Mr. Yousuf ([protected]) did my registration promising activation within 15 minutes and took Rs. 1500 advance as registration fee.
                                Mr. Chandan Kumar ([protected]) installed the connection imperfectly and left without completing the full setup and continuously harassed me for OTP and misbehaved.
                                Mr. Surya Pratap ([protected]) assured me of false promises of addressing my grievances and after numerous attempts, misbehaved me on call and cut me off without offering any assistance.

                                The present status is, none of the complaints have been heard and I want to initiate a Refund for the Jio Fiber connection and expect my money returned to me as soon as possible.
                                Please initiate my refund and take strict actions against the above-mentioned staff for reckless behavior and false assurances. Very disappointed with the service of Jio.

                                No one is listening to cancel the request. I have called the customer care 50 times to no avail. They keep cutting the call and take no action whatsoever despite pleading them. Please help!

                                  Yesterday i was request to my jio number port to Other company but i am not able to send message to 1900 because of insufficent data pack then i immediately recharge my jio number for Rs 75 then again same issue port messaging request code not received from jio then i call to jio customer care then he ask them of minimum recharge of Rs. 149 to receive the Port request code then i again recharge of Rs. 149 and now i again try to message to 1900 and type the "PORT Mobile Number but again same issue not received my porting request number not received from JiO company it's rediculous and cheated company on users of My RS. 75+149 =Rs. 224 money totally waste and not receive 6 digit port number code not received.

                                  I hope TRAI take strict action on my complaint against Jio porting policy and strict action against on Jio Company .
