    I bought jio postpaid on dec 2020 and changed into prepaid on March 2021. After 60 days didn't got my security deposit refund so I raised a complaint in jio customer service lots of time they simply raise a complaint and asked to me wait for 10 working days. But after 10 working days there is no updates from them and I didn't got my refund again I raised again they did the same process. Still I didn't get a proper response from them. Complaint id are SR0000151CUO, SR0000158NNR

      Sir,

      I am using JioFi dongle and facing issue with that. I don't know why suddenly it shows your 2GB data exhausted without using. I am facing this problem many times. Even today (07/07/2021) i am facing this issue in early morning. It shows, my 2GB data exhausted. I have checked the balance when it is nearly 8:30AM it showed 50% (1GB) data used. but when I checked at 8:50AM it is showing balance exhausted. So, again i am recharging with 2GB pack. it shows 50% of data used at 9:50 AM. This is very unfair and made me frustrated. Please resolve this problem.

          I had submitted a request to terminate my jiofiber connection on 23rd of June and after few days that is on 27th, I got an email stating that an appointment has been set up to picking the device and no one showed up nor did the agent called me, after 2 days I contacted jio care they rescheduled the pickup appointment and no one showed up again and this has been going on in a loop. They have rescheduled the appointing probably 6 times for now and I am not availing proper resolution from the email as well as call agent.

          I have called up Jiocare and they are not helping instead they are repeatedly rescheduling the appointment purposely creating the new SR and closing the previous ones.

          This is clear that they do not want to take action and refund the amount. I hope this message might do any difference

            This is to inform about jio service from past 5 days I'm trying to use my phone but I'm not getting I ported my sim from idea to jio because of nework slow, but it's worst then idea bad experience on this give me solution it's a digital we are in 21st century still network is not getting very pethatic service requesting you to look the matter in urgent and reply my mail my mail id [protected]@gmail.com.

              Hi,

              It is not at all complaint it is just my fault. Actually I recharged 2 times for the wrong number of 151 and 149 plans to this number [protected] of order IDs CICAgOCsobveNG and CICAgOCs4dnBJQ respectively. Please if possible cancel the order and refund my money.

                  Hi

                  We have a plot in chandanagar shantinagar, Hyderbad Telengana and while we starting the construction we have observed that the jio fibre pole is erected in between the pathway of our plot and now the construction vehicles are facing problem to enter my plot for construction purpose.

                  I request to relocate the pole to corner or edge of the plot so that construction work can continue without flaw and in future i can use my parking without any interruption.

                  I have mailed JiO appealate team and from past 6 month they have not even called me back or replied to the mail

                  I request to solve the issue at the earliest delay in shifting will force us to approach law .

                        We decided to get Jio Fiber for Internet connection, I guess that’s where we got wrong.
                        The registration guy came and took 1500 and got us registered. That’s it. He went and never came back . Our installation is still pending.
                        He was taking my call till yesterday. But now he isn’t doing that either.
                        All I want is to get my money back.
                        Don’t want Jio

                            Hi Team
                            I recharged my Jio Fiber broadband registered for my number[protected] twice by mistake today 2/07/2021

                            One with 399 plan -total amount paid after tax-- INR 470.82
                            One with 699 plan -total amount paid after tax-- INR 824.25

                            Only one can be activated at one time and both will expire after one month. So I would like to keep plan with amount 824 and would like another one 470 to be refund back to me.

                            But as per customer support, there is no refund policy .

                                with due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that i am a customer of jio.my jio number is- [protected].In our place jio's 4 g network is so worse that we can't use internet and even we can't make a phone call due to jio's worse network.When thunderstorm come to our place jio's network totally decrease to zero.At that time we feel horrific because we are not using jio's service in free. In our place jio is cheating us . i cordially request to government please help us .

                                  I had ordered a Jio SIM through JioExpress service but I didn't get any new SIM till now.
                                  The JioExpress Agent asked my OTP over phone call but didn't provide me any Sim .

                                  Very poor service from Reliance Jio and also JioExpress Agent.

                                    90 days ago, I discontinued my jio postpaid connection and changed to Airtel prepaid connection. But There is a problem of not receiving the security deposit which is refundable. I talk to the JIO customer care but they will always gives excuses. I gave him two times of my bank details used for NEFT.

                                      Hi,

                                      I'm Ashish Jain. I got a JioFiber connection in July 2019 in my apartment in Mumbai. At the time of purchase a security amount was taken from me and
                                      I was told that if I want to disconnect the internet connection, I can disconnect it and security amount will be refunded to me after successful pickup of the devices.

                                      Jio team is not picking up the device and is constantly rescheduling it. I'm unable to get my security deposit.

                                      Please help me with this issue.

                                        Sir,

                                        When I tried to recharge my Jio number [protected] on 09.04.2020 via authorized website of the Jio compay (https://www.jio.com/selfcare/recharge/mobility/) online for the package of Rs.199/- at that movement I received a unsuccessful recharge message which clearly shows that recharge has not been made on the above said amount. If I had typed a wrong mobile number I could not have been received the message from the jio concerned. Later, I got a message of the above said amount was debited from my savings bank account maintained in K.Pudur, Madurai -7 branch. Suddenly, I contacted the bank toll free number of customer service. There's no response. At the time of recharging

                                        I got a following message at the first instance of recharge attempt:-

                                        "Your last payment attempt of Rs. 199.00 on Apr 09, 2020 01:01:54 PM
                                        for Jio number [protected] was unsuccessful. Please try again.

                                        Transaction ID : BR0004GJO9BX.

                                        In case any amount has been deducted from your account, then it will be automatically refunded by your bank/card/wallet within 10 days."

                                        Later, I made a complaint to my banker K.Pudur, Madurai -7 branch on 07.05.2020 for which my banker gave a successful transaction done letter to me on 09.06.2020 and the same has been enclosed herewith. Thereafter, I contacted the Jio care centre, they are the service provider of my mobile number for which they replied that they did not received any amount from my account and their replies are as follows:

                                        "Dear Mr. Kadhar,

                                        Thank you for writing to us. We at Jio hope you are doing well amidst these challenging times. I certainly understand your concern with regard to the recharge done on your Jio number. I fully appreciate the inconvenience this has caused you. Basis the update received for the service request SR000011F2DO, the amount is not received by Jio. Hence, the recharge benefit is not credited to your account. I would request you to get in touch with the payment source from where the money is deducted. If refund has not been received, ask customer to share bank statement from date of transaction till date. If you need further help, please write to us or call us by dialing 199 from your Jio number or[protected] from any other number.

                                        Stay safe, Stay healthy. With love and care from Jio."

                                        Thereafter, I took the issue to the regional office of my banker. They again confirmed the successful transaction done to the jio for which they issued a acknowledgement which is enclosed herewith. Again, I approached the Jio customer service mail. They again replied that amount has not been received by them by their mail dated 20.07.2020.

                                        So far, I have not received any money from Jio to my account. I have been suffered much by the act of the service provider and put to grave hardship and loss of money and time also. I made a appeal to the appellate authority of the jio service provider on[protected] in this regard through mail, so far no reply has been given to me.

                                        Hence, I request you to kindly consider the above said issue and redress my grievance as soon as possible by refunding my money a sum of Rs.199/- and find where the actual error occurred. Herewith I enclosed the supporting documents for your perusal.

                                        I have some pdf file to upload which is obtained from my Banker regarding the above said issue and the same cannot be uploaded in this page because such pdf format is not acceptable in this portal.

                                        During the lockdown I could not take action further in the above said issue and I am not or rejected to use the jio service numbers which I have and subsequently, I never recommend the any jio services to my associates also by saying my inconvenience caused to me.
