Dear Jio Customer Support,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint and request an immediate refund regarding my recent experience with JioAirFiber Max services.
I placed an order for a JioAirFiber Max broadband connection for my home in Bihar and paid ₹1111 as an advance through your official website. Despite the payment and the initial promise of service, no installation or setup ever took place at my location. Shockingly, the order status was later updated as “completed”, which is completely false.
Since then, I have made multiple attempts to reach out to Jio through customer care calls, emails, and even messages on Facebook and Instagram. Unfortunately, all my efforts have been ignored, and the issue has not been resolved to date.
This delay and neglect are highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I have attached screenshots as proof of payment, the false “completed” status, and my unanswered communications.
I am requesting:
• A full refund of ₹1111, as no service was provided.
• A proper acknowledgment and closure of this complaint from your end.
If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 5 working days, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the consumer grievance cell and consider legal recourse as well.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent.
