I am facing a serious issue with my Jio AirFiber connection for the last 1 month. I have subscribed to a 30 Mbps plan, but I am only getting around 3–4 Mbps speed consistently.
I have already contacted JioCare multiple times via calls and Twitter (X), and also shared all required details. However, I am only receiving generic responses stating "technical issue" and no proper resolution has been provided.
This is causing me a lot of inconvenience as I am unable to use the internet properly despite paying full charges. There has been no clear timeline given for resolution.
I request immediate action on this issue. Either fix the problem as soon as possible or provide a refund/compensation for the poor service.
If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to escalate this matter further to TRAI and consumer court.
