Initially it was communicated that out of the advance of rs. 600/-, rs. 91 towards primary membership charges and balance rs. 509 towards the selected plan and will be adjusted from the generation of first bill itself after your free scheme for three months. Nothing has been materialized so far.

This amount, where it is lying in your books account, no one gives us the clear picture. To solve this issue, our request through mr. Selvamuthukumar & mr. Yogesh bharathi to visit our office along with mr. Kamarlaraj is left over with the proverb of siren sound in deaf ears.
Our plan of switching over all the cug connection from aitel to your service provider has been temporarily with held because of the poor quality of service rendered from your chennai belt office. P.
