I have been using Jio Fiber for the last 5 months and this has been the worst internet experience ever. Out of 30 days in a month, I can barely use it for 10–12 days. On the remaining days, the red light keeps blinking and there is no internet at all.
Every time I call customer care, they only provide a temporary fix, and the same issue comes back in a day or two. Despite multiple complaints, there is absolutely no permanent solution.
What’s even more frustrating is the irresponsible behaviour of the customer support team – they keep giving false assurances but no actual resolution.
I am shocked that a company of Reliance Jio’s scale, led by Mukesh Ambani, allows such poor service to continue for months without improvement.
➡️ If this is how India’s so-called “best broadband” works, then it is nothing but a scam. Customers are paying for a service that is unusable most of the time.
I request senior management of Jio and Reliance to take strict action against this negligence and provide a real solution. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this issue to TRAI, Consumer Forum, and social media platforms until it gets the attention it deserves.
