The 'my jio' app is showing main customer is null. Not displaying any information either. Adhaar verification is done. I tried calling the jio helpline[protected], but found it to be automated and could not convey my problem.

Aadhaar Link to Jio Number is free but they was taking charge Rs. 50 today(13/12/2017).
