Reliance Jio — Installation not done of jio fiber

I have applied for jiofibre connection on 1st september 2020. Then jio representative came and scan my document and i made payment and everything i get the confirmation message"thank you for choosing jiofiber.
The order number for your jiofiber connection is no0000eyoacj". They told on next day my installation will be done on 2nd september but nobody came. Then i call he told on 3rd it will be done, like this on 3rd also nobody come. Then i call customer support they told me on 4th installation will be done "our jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on[protected] : 13:15:00 for installation of your jiofiber connection. For any queries or to reschedule appointment, call us at [protected]" but no body came then i call the person who visited my home but he did nit pick my phone.. Name krishnanandu manna mobile no[protected].. Like this no engineer came and i get the message on 6 th it will be done but then also no body came. I complain on twitter and got complain no - your service request number is sr0000125lsu. You will receive an update by 05/09/2020 but nobody came no solution done. Then i got the number of service team team ankit paul mobile no [protected]. When i call her he told next day my installation will be done but noboby came and when i call back he did not received my call and when whatsup him he told 70 to 80 meter wire required you cancell your application and get your refund i told its urgent he told dont call several time and talk rudely. Jio cant provide 70 to 80 meter wire. Airtel service can prove 100 plus meter wire. Its almost till date no body came. Please resolve my problem and make my installation done early as nearby my homs there is jio fibre box in poll. Rude behaviour by jio representative. Very bad service.
