Reliance Jio — Jio Fiber new connection cancelled but amount not refunded it's been 8 months

I am writing to bring to your attention a long-pending refund issue regarding a Jio Fiber broadband connection request I made in October 2024 using my mobile number +[protected]. The Order Number for JioFiber connection is NO00012KYAGC and JioFiber Voice number is [protected].
I had paid an advance of ₹2824 for a 6-month broadband plan. However, during the installation process, the service engineer informed me that the Jio service box in my locality was inactive, and hence, the connection could not be provided. The request was subsequently cancelled.
I received a partial refund of ₹1824 approximately 10 days later. However, ₹1000 is still pending, and despite my repeated follow-ups, the amount has not been refunded. It has now been over 8 months, and there has been no resolution.
