Reliance Jio — JIO SIM not activated after leps of 10 days | |||||
Reliance Jio Complaints; my contact no [protected]. I purchased a new Jio SIM on 27August. Jio sim no [protected]nd i got this message on same day 27 August: Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing Jio. We have received your application for new connection. and given a customer ID no.. Thank you, Team Jio Its more than 10 days now and Connection is still not activated. And no further communication from them. Whenever I contacted to JIO customer care. They given me a time period of 48 Hrs. but all in vain. And Reliance DX store is also Charged Rs. 300.00 for giving a new JIO sim, and early activation. But till today 05.09.16 JIO SIM is not activated. Was this information helpful? | |||||
