Reliance Jio — Non-activation of sim card | |||
Respected sir/madam I have purchased lyf flame 1 mobile on[protected] and got jio sim free (Jio sim no. [protected], & registered mobile no. [protected]. But the jio sim has not been activated till now. The salesman (Mr Ashwini - mobile no. - [protected]) of your reliance store from whom i Have purchased the mobile phone & sim card is not providing any Assistance in this manner. He didn't responds to the call, even his Manner of talking is not professional in any sense. The other persons In the store also are not helping in this manner. I have also mailed my problem at [protected]@jio.com but they also not Provided any assistance. I also tried to lodge a complaint on [protected] on your tollfree no. Ie [protected] but they pick the call After 1 hour and register a complaint (Complaint no. Sr0000013yrp) But they also hve not done anything in this manner till now. Due to these kind of pathetic services i have made a complaint in the Consumer forum (Complaint no. 11136). I am fed up with these kind of pathetic services provided by you. I am Unable to use the mobile phone. So i am requesting you to either take the mobile & sim card back and Refund my money or to activate the next 24 - 48 hours. Was this information helpful? | |||
