I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Reliance Jio Shrivardhan office regarding the traumatic experience I faced with their customer service and a particularly abusive employee named Arsalan (Contact: [protected]).
On multiple occasions, while seeking resolution for my billing issues, I was subjected to extremely unprofessional and insulting behavior. The employee Arsalan demonstrated complete disregard for customer dignity and repeatedly used abusive language during interactions.
The Shrivardhan office management failed to address my complaints adequately, leaving me with unresolved billing discrepancies and poor service quality. Despite multiple follow-ups and escalations, no meaningful resolution was provided.
This incident has caused me significant financial loss of ₹1, 35, 000 and considerable emotional distress. The lack of accountability from Jio's management and the abusive conduct of their staff is unacceptable and violates consumer protection standards.
