Reliance Jio — Product not activated | |||||
Hello there, I have purchased Jiofy on 3rd September from Reliance outlet. Till now the device has not get activated. Their customer care service is Pathetic and no one is picking the calls. My device ID is JioFi2_4F7E51 and my registered mobile number is [protected]. Please resolve this ASAP as I am waiting for 5 days in this modern era for an activation which is unacceptable.
