Reliance Jio — recharge unsuccessful (jio executive done wrong recharge) | |||||
Hi team, My self abhishek, i have done my jio number recharge ([protected]) with rs 399../- on 24th december 2017, but it was unsuccessful and the transaction status shows as successful. Where as the recharge was done from reliance jio store, now the store executive says that transaction is successful and also provided me with the transaction id, below is the screen shot for your reference. After this trouble i have wrote many emails at [protected]@jio.com but no proper response till date and also the rude behavior of the store executive and the store manager and also none of the reliance jio executive taking up the responsibility and according to the store manager the last communication asked me to wait for next 20 to 30 days to get the reversal. So its not a matter of rs 399../-but service and responsibility matters. The bad experience is that jio team is not able to help me for such a small concern and amount. So really i appreciate you, if you can solve my concern and take the action accordingly whom so ever is responsible for it.
