My Friends recharged of rs 99 for prime membership before 31st March and he is recharge today of rs 402 through my jio money app and after recharge process rs 352 (rs.50 cashback) deducted in my account and my freind received a messge from jio ^recharge was unsuccessful ^. I am tried to cotact jio customer care but no one resolved my problem and call is not connect to jio. now my account debited by 352 rs. I recharged my Jio number with Rs 402 on 31st March through My Jio app which showed unsuccessful to me . The transaction id is IGABBDTZP7, SBI bank. As it showed unsuccessful I recharged again with Rs 402 transaction ID IGABBEDBX7 which showed successful. But money was deducted both times from my account. I contacted my bank and was told that both my transactions were made successful. Hence I raised a complaint with jio. Jio have checked both my transactions and made it successful twice . I had to reopen my complaint 3 times yet didn't get any refund.
They always give me blunt excuses of contacting technical team. My transaction was made twice and 1 of them should be cancelled. I am utterly disappointed in jio's fraudulent dealings. I just want my refund. But jio is not giving me my refund.
