Reliance Jio — Sim Card not yet activated, purchased on 27th Aug | |||||
Hi Jio, it is good that you are provideing us free service to use tele services for free of cost, but I would like to compliant that the customer care serives are worse that I have experienced. I purchased SIM card on 27th August 2016, but its now more than 15 days and sim has not been activated. We purchased the sim from Jogeshwari-East Reliance Digitial Branch, we go for an equire of status of our sim but they do not respond us, neither we know that our form has been submitted for activation. Moreover, in other branches, the sim gets activated in 5-7 day and here is more than 15 days the sim has not been activated. I am very dissapointed with your customer support. If your team cannot handle such pressure than there was no point in showing the FREE offers where the sim doesn't get activate on time. Please contact me ASAP and provide me an update whether I should expect the sim card to be activated or not.
