I took jio fiber plan. It is a trial plan which started on 8th dec 2020 and after one day only router blinking with red light. I complaint in jio customer care and they gave me yesterday 4-6pm time but till now no call or confirmation received. Today I again called customer service and the executive told me that technical executive will visit home on 16th Dec. IS THIS A JOKE. I am working from home. Who will pay to me for 7 days?my jio number is[protected]
